In data odierna, 4 giugno 2017, è stato annunciato il tabellone di Survivor of the Ring 2017, un torneo Ultraviolence storico della federazione, che ha visto fra i suoi vincitori Bruce Borgetti, Psycho Roman, Jeff Hygthler, Shanek Brastias, Bohèmien, Aaron Kirk e Claudio Cazador.
Il vincitore dell'edizione 2017 otterrà una title shot all'Undisputed WBFF Heavyweight Championship così come i suoi predecessori, ma stavolta non c'è una data in cui la title shot sarà necessariamente incassata, visto che Extreme Desperation è l'evento in cui si svolgeranno semifinali e finale del torneo invece che l'incasso del trionfatore.
C'è da notare che lo scorso anno Claudio Cazador, vincitore del Survivor of the Ring 2016, ha successivamente sconfitto Skyblue a Extreme Desperation, divenendo così Undisputed WBFF Heayvweight Champion.
Ci sono 12 partecipanti, fra leggende della federazione come Michael McFarry, James McFist e Jack Leone, hardcoristi come Sheenan, Claudio Cazador e David Wolff ma anche debuttanti al torneo come Ava Misfit e King "Pimp" Caesar VI.
Sarà permesso solo a una donna di partecipare, Beatrice, che rispecchia i requisiti per un torneo ultraviolento.
